Three Musketeers

Goal:
Kill all werewolves. They wake up every second night (or less often) and are allowed to communicate for a short (!) time.

Detailed description

The three musketeers have already gone through thick and thin together – coping with such a werewolf infestation should be a piece of cake for them. They instinctively wake up together on the first night and therefore know who to trust in any case. Then they wake up every other night (or less often, see below) to quietly discuss which villagers are particularly suspicious. Only an infection by the primeval wolf could spoil their mutual trust.

Variants

1) Depending on the size of the village, the frequency and duration of the meetings should be customized.

Hints for the game master and further rules

Limit the time the musketeers have to communicate so the other players do not have to wait unnecessarily long.

Hints for using this in the app

In the card selection, the musketeer cards are automatically added as triplets.
In the “How often?” menu in the card settings of the musketeers you may specify the frequency of the nights they should wake up in (starting with the first). They will then automatically only be called during these nights.
In the “Timekeeper” menu you can set whether a countdown should be displayed for you when the musketeers are called, and you may adjust its time.

Hints for you if you’re playing this character

You now have valuable information – use it to defend your brothers in arms as well as possible and draw your conclusions as to whom wrongly accuses them of being a werewolf.

Interactions

  • Owl: The musketeers do not point at anybody during the night.
  • Pyromaniac: Burned musketeers no longer wake up together with the others.
  • Opportunist: If the opportunist becomes a musketeer, she wakes up with the others the next time.
  • Primeval wolf: Infected Musketeers continue to wake up along with the others.
  • Yeti: Frozen musketeers do not wake up together with the others that night.
